Travel Documents

The following travel documents need to be completed by each traveler & submitted prior to departure.

Your Passport

Please obtain your passport. You may click here to get the required paperwork to submit to the U.S. Dept. of State.

Once you have obtained your passport please take a colored copy of it and submit it to Deremer. In the event we need to get you a new passport while abroad, we will be able to do so with a colored photocopy.

Behavioral Contract & Non Affiliation Form

Please read & sign the following required form agreeing to terms & conditions of behavior while on tour, as well as the Non Affiliation form, & submit to Deremer prior to departure.

Medical Form

Please read & sign the required Medical form to submit to Deremer prior to departure
